Integration and Rewards
PlaysOut, the mobile-first publisher known for bringing viral Chinese mini-games to a global audience, announced the planned integration with the Dogecoin ecosystem. Approximately 15 games themed around DOGE will roll out through August and beyond by the end of the year.
The casual mini-games will be playable via the MyDoge wallet and PlaysOut mobile app, starting with the debut title scheduled for late July or early August. PlaysOut anticipates expanding distribution to other gaming platforms eventually.
Gameplay will be boosted by DOGE tokens earned through leaderboards, quests, and competitions. A key innovation will be the use of Doginals NFTs for tradable in-game items and skins. Co-founder Jassem Osseiran expressed hope that the interoperability offered by Doginals would be a hallmark of the platform.
“I think this is a big, big showcase for DogeOS as an infrastructure,” Osseiran told Decrypt. “Allowing us to bring a community and the technology [together] to create a real-world use case for it.”
Genre Diversity and IP Integration
PlaysOut’s strategy involves not only launching themed games but also incorporating global intellectual properties into the burgeoning Dogecoin game ecosystem.
DogeOS is positioned as a robust application layer built on the Dogecoin blockchain, enabling developers to create and deploy apps and games using the network. Enticingly, the upcoming library is diverse, spanning genres from life simulators to puzzles and role-playing games.
“We’re working with partners to layer familiar IP—think sports icons, internet culture, and nostalgic game vibes—on top of proven game formats like endless runners, simulators, and tower defense,” Osseiran affirmed.
Beyond the Doge meme theme, PlaysOut confirmed plans to introduce beloved global intellectual properties via licensing agreements. CEO Jordan Jefferson of DogeOS echoed this potential.

Bridging Web3 and Gaming
CEO Jordan Jefferson of DogeOS encapsulated the vision: “Gaming has always centered around fun and community, which perfectly aligns with Doge culture. DogeOS is excited to provide the infrastructure that enables PlaysOut to offer the Doge community meaningful ways to utilize their DOGE beyond just holding it.”
Jassem Osseiran reinforced the importance of driving utility for the Dogecoin network. “Today, the only way that an IP sits with you is when you actually interact with it in one way, shape, or form. We can show a huge use case of how something can be distributed globally,” he explained. “It’s a Web3 community [but] hasn’t translated into anything meaningful beyond that.”
Evolving PlaysOut
Originating as a bridge between the WeChat superapp ecosystem and Western markets, PlaysOut revenue-shares its portfolio of viral mobile games. Their adaptation to the DogeOS experiment signals a strategic expansion beyond their usual reskin-and-distribute model, albeit likely with similar creative reinterpretation.
“We’re working with partners to layer familiar IP—think sports icons, internet culture, and nostalgic game vibes—on top of proven game formats like endless runners, simulators, and tower defense,” Osseiran said. “The first IP announcement is targeted for Q3 of this year.”
